This Shipping Policy governs all orders placed on our Shopify store. We primarily serve customers located in Europe and North America. All orders are packed and shipped directly from Hong Kong SAR. All paid orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing may be slightly delayed. We will ship your package as soon as possible and update the tracking information once the shipment is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimated from the shipment date and do not include processing time, weekends, or international holidays. Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance, logistics peak seasons, weather conditions, or other uncontrollable factors.

  • European Countries (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and other EU regions): 12–20 business days

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold

We offer a flat-rate international shipping service and a store-wide free shipping benefit for all eligible orders delivered to our supported European and North American regions.
  • Free Shipping: All orders with a subtotal ofUSD 39 or above qualify for free standard international shipping.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: A standard international shipping fee will be applied to all orders with a subtotal below USD 39. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Order subtotal is calculated before taxes, discounts, and additional service fees.

Shipping Restrictions & Unsupported Countries

Due to international trade regulations, export control policies, and global logistics restrictions, we are unable to ship or process orders destined for the following countries and regions:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Cuba, Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen

Customs Duties & Taxes

Home Routine Hub and its owner YEUNG, Nok Ka are not responsible for any tariffs, taxes, or customs-related charges incurred during importation.
